2.機器說明 Machine Description
2.1.設備用途 Application
本機是針對固型物的枕式包裝而設計的，適合于包裝各類固態有規則的物體，如食品類的餅干、面包、月餅、糖果等，以及日用品、工業零件等，對于散狀物或個體分離的物體，則須將被包物先置于盒內，或將之綁束成一體，使之形成一個整體后，才可在本機上包裝，至于其它非固態的被包物亦須準此要領。
Applicable for packing biscuit, bread, moon cakes, candy, industry accessories, daily necessaries etc. or the other solid articles made of liquid things or powder.
2.2.結構特點

2.5.技術規格 Technology Specification
3.機器安裝 Installation
3.1.地面要求 Place condition
該機應安裝在平整而堅固的地面上，機器四周應保留足夠的操作維護空間(見圖三)。
The machine must be set on the smooth and consolidus place and there’s enough space for operation

3.2.環境條件 Environment Condition
1)溫度Temperature：正常的環境溫度須在5°C～40°C。 Between 5°C～40°C
2)濕度 Humidity：30%～90%。
3)遠離油氣、化學物、酸性、堿性及爆炸物或易燃物。 Keep away from the gas, chemicals, acid, basicity, inflammable.
4)環境照明 Light：300LUX以上。Above 300 LUX
5)避免太陽直接照射。Keep away from the sunshine
6)避免與會產生震動的機器比鄰。Keep away from other machine
7)避免風扇直吹。Keep away from the strong wind or fan
4.機器調整 Adjustment
4.1.進料機構 Feeding machine
本機進料機構上配有推指鏈條，推指鏈條的張力，是通過進料機構左端兩個“推指鏈條松緊調節手輪”調整的。當被包物確定后，首先調整進料機構導料槽的寬度，使被包物能在導料槽中順暢移動即可。
For different products, the slot width of the feeding machine can be adjusted accordingly to make sure the products can go smoothly on the slot.
5.機器操作 Operation Intruction
1)安全檢查。檢查確認輸送帶上、工作臺上、端封刀上等無雜物，且沒有其它人在操作機器。
Security checking. Make sure there is no articles on the conveyer belt, bench etc. and no others around
2)開啟電源。打開電控箱門鎖，合上總斷路器，關上箱門觀察控制面板上各溫控器顯示是否正常，電源信號燈是否正常顯示，人機界面是否正常顯示。
Turn on the power. Unlock the electric cabinet , fix the breaker, close the cabinet door. You can check the condition of the temperature controller, power, man-machine interface
在安全檢查及電源開啟正常后，本機需進行下述操作。
Operation after the security and power checking
5.1.人機界面 Man-Machine Interface
本機主要參數的設定，都是通過人機界面來完成的，在開啟電源后，人機界面首先顯示首頁，頁面如圖六所示。

按屏幕說明觸按(∨)鍵,人機界面將發出聲響并進入下一界面(主頁),如圖七所示。

(一)參數設定
按“人機界面主頁”(圖七)說明，觸按(<=鍵，進入“參數設定”界面，如圖八所示。觸按(↑)鍵，返回“人機界面主頁”(圖七)。

1)"包裝速度"的設定。按“參數設定”界面(圖八)說明，觸按(<)鍵進入"包裝速度"設定畫面(見圖九)，按畫面說明輸入數值即可，當速度設定超出該機額定范圍，將顯示錯誤提示，并要求重新設定，直至設定正確。

2)“包裝袋長”的設定。按“參數設定”界面(圖八)說明，觸按(>)鍵進入"包裝袋長"設定畫面(見圖十)，按畫面說明輸入數值即可，當袋長設定超出該機額定范圍，將顯示錯誤提示，并要求重新設定，直至設定正確。

3)"切斷位置"的設定。按“參數設定”界面(圖八)說明，觸按(∨)鍵進入"切斷位置"設定畫面(見圖十一)，按畫面說明輸入數值即可。輸入數值的確認，首先在切斷位值參數設為0的情況下，空袋封切，測量切口到色標的尺寸L(見圖十二)，然后將測試尺寸值輸入"切斷位置"參數即可。

(二)計數
按“主頁”(圖七)說明，觸按(>)鍵，進入“計數”界面，如圖十三所示。

該界面主要記錄該機累計工作時間，界計產量及班產量，便于用戶生產管理。班產量可觸按(SET)鍵清0.觸按(↑)鍵，返回“人機界面主頁”(圖七)。
(三)跟蹤方式
按“人機界面主頁”(圖七)說明，觸按(∨)鍵，進入“跟蹤方式”界面，如圖十四所示。觸按(↑)鍵，返回“人機界面主頁”(圖七)。

觸按(<)鍵，機器將處于“跟蹤切”工作方式，觸按(>)鍵，機器將處于“定長切”工作方式。對于有色標的包膜(即需要色標跟蹤切的產品)，選擇“跟蹤切”工作方式，反之，選擇“定長切”工作方式。
(四)充氣設定(選配功能) Gas-flushing set up
按“人機界面主頁”(圖七)說明，觸按(∧)鍵，進入“充氣設定”界面，如圖十五所示。觸按(↑)鍵，返回“人機界面主頁”(圖七)。

1)"充氣延時"的設定。按“充氣設定”界面(圖十五)說明，觸按(∧)鍵進入"充氣延時"設定畫面(見圖十六)，按畫面說明輸入數值即可。輸入數值的大小，應根據充氣效果而定。
觸按(↑)鍵，返回“充氣設定”界面(圖十五)。

2)"充氣時間"的設定。按“充氣設定”界面(圖十五)說明，觸按(∨)鍵進入"充氣時間"設定畫面(見圖十七)，按畫面說明輸入數值即可。輸入數值的大小，應根據充氣效果而定。
觸按(↑)鍵，返回“充氣設定”界面(圖十五)。
(五)定量包裝 Quantity control set up
該機有定量包裝功能。即當開啟定量包裝，并設定定量包裝數量，此時，啟動包裝機，包裝機按正常狀態包裝，當包裝數量到達所設定包裝數值時，包裝機自動停機。如此，可以方便計量處理包裝成品。
當中途停機后，再次啟動包裝機，此時，定量包裝從零開始計量。
按“人機界面主頁”(圖七)說明，觸按(CLR)鍵，進入“定量包裝”界面，如圖十八所示。觸按(ESC)鍵，返回“人機界面主頁”(圖七)。
觸按(<=鍵，機器將處于“定量包裝”工作方式，觸按(>)鍵，機器將處于普通工作方式。

"定量設定"的設定。按“定量包裝”界面(圖十八)說明，觸按(∧)鍵進入"定量設定"畫面(見圖十九)，按畫面說明輸入數值即可。輸入數值的大小，應根據需要而定。
觸按(ESC)鍵，返回“定量包裝”界面(圖十八)。

(六)手動操作 Manual Operation

該界面主要是用于單獨操作：
a) 走紙系統的前進和后退。
b) 端封系統的正轉和反轉。
c) 中封系統的打開和合閉。
(七)維護 Maintenance
關于維護，進入口令為89758140，進入該界面后，可以調節袋長系數。通常，該值在出廠前已調好。如需調節，原則如下。先設定較常使用的袋長值和包裝速度，將跟蹤方式設為定長切，調好并開動機器制空袋，測取空袋袋長，如實際袋長比設定袋長短，則改大袋長系數，反之，則減小，直到設定值與實際值誤差小于1mm即可。
Password 89758140,enter, to adjust the bag length. Normally, it has been set up in the factory. If you need to re-set, you can first set up the bag length, packing speed, length cutting, .Second, start the bag making machine, adjust the bag length. The difference of the set up length and the actual length should be less than 1mm.
5.2.溫度控制 Temperature controller
該機有兩組溫控系統，分別控制“中封溫度”和“端封溫度”。各組溫度設定值的大小，應視包裝速度的快慢，包裝膜的厚薄，周圍環境溫度的高低不同而定。最合適的設定值應以產品中封和端封不漏氣及不焦皺為宜。溫控器的操作使用祥見隨機溫控器說明書。
5.3.色標電眼 Photocell eye
對于需要跟蹤切的產品，色標電眼是必須的，在包膜裝好后，調整色標電眼位置，使電眼發出的光束對準色標經過的地方，如圖十九所示。

5.4.啟動 Start
1)點動 Inching
按下點動(黑色)按鈕，機器在按壓期間，會以30(包/每分鐘)的速度運轉，當釋放按鈕時，機器立即停止。
Keep pressing the Inching button (black one), machine will be working at the speed of 30 bags/minute. Releasing the button, the machine will stop working
2)連動 Continue
點按啟動(綠色)按鈕，機器將以設定的速度連續運動，直至停機(紅色)或急停(蘑菇頭)按鈕被按動為止。
Keep pressing the Continue button (green one), machine will be working at the speed you set up until you press the Stop button or Emergency Stop button (Red one or Mushroom)
5.5.停機 Stop
1)正常停機 Normally Stop
點按停機(紅色)按鈕，機器將于端封刀水平位置停機。
Press the Normally stop button(red one), machine will stop working at the seal cutter level
2)緊急停機Emergency stop
按壓急停(蘑菇頭)按鈕，機器將于瞬間停止，欲再啟動機器，須先使按鈕復位。
Press the Emergency stop button (mushroom),maching will stop working at once. You have to press the button back if you want to re-start the machine.
